Start, a cutting edge fast-casual restaurant serving “good for you” food, recently added new items to their Saturday and Sunday menu that include special brunch items served from 9am – 3pm. The new items include The Brunch Burger, a breakfast-sized grass-fed beef (or veggie-quinoa) patty with chipotle mayo, spinach and topped with an organic free-range egg for $6; a Cobb Frittata, organic free-range eggs stuffed with veggies, applewood smoked bacon, marinated chicken, blue cheese, avocado & cilantro cream sauce $7.75; a Breakfast Tart, crust made with organic butter & whole wheat, egg custard made with organic free-range eggs $4.50; and Mimosas made with fresh-squeezed orange juice $5.50.
Another addition will be the live musicians scheduled to perform every Sunday beginning February 24th to April 21st . For the live music line-up, please see below:
