Entree Dallas is not about the writers or their opinions – the important people tell the stories; we just write them, and they’re stories about the people that matter: the chefs, teachers, cooks, owners, butchers, wine sellers, cheese makers, and myriad other culinary crusaders in our fair burg. You will not find ratings on this site. Rather, we hope you’ll find the most interesting, informative, unique, creative, outrageous and highest-quality food and food-related stories possible. We’ll even throw in some burger features, geek out about things like cheese, whiskey, seafood and beer, and include some recipes from the folks doing the cooking.
From there, it’s totally up to you to go see the places or make or eat the food or meet the people. We’ll even see if we can’t throw some parties for you along the way. We want to give you everything you need to eat truly well in Dallas – even down to the recipes – and to be a superlatively well informed Dallas diner.
