Available in 8oz and 12oz packages (in addition to a variety of Noble Coyote freshly roasted blends) a portion of the proceeds will benefit Café Momentum, a concept developed by Chefs Chad Houser and Janice Provost to complement the ongoing services of Youth Resources of Dallas.

For Noble Coyote those choices include running the business with wind power, recycling, composting and most importantly, making sure the beans come from sources that compensate farmers, workers and their communities fairly. Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters only purchases fair trade or direct trade beans that have been grown using sustainable methods.

Artizone.com is an online market for local food shops and a home delivery service.
